Contract Award - Site Investigation Services in respect of the Social Housing PPP Programme (Bundle 2) to be procured and delivered by the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA)

Tender description

The National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) on behalf of the Department of Housing, Planning, Community & Local Government ("DoHPCLG") sought tenders for Site Investigation services in respect of Social Housing PPP Programme (Bundle 2). The Bundle 2 Site Investigations are to be carried out at five (5) sites. The project sites are split into two Lots, Lot 1 and Lot 2. Lot 1: 3 No. sites located in Waterford and Co. Cork and Lot 2: 2 No. sites located in Co. Clare and Galway. You are invited to submit tenders for one or both Lots complying with the enclosed ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ document. Please note that: Tenderers may only be awarded a maximum of one (1) Lot. If applying for both Lot 1 and Lot 2, Tenderers must indicate their preferred order of preference, in an accompanying cover letter, should they be the apparently successful Tenderer in both Lots. Please note that only declarations are required at this tender submission stage in respect of minimum requirements contained in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire. Please see the tender documents attached to this notice for further information. In respect of Lot 1, the contract was awarded to: OCB Geotechnical Ltd Unit 1, Carrigogna, Midleton, Co. Cork on the 28 June 2017. In respect of Lot 2, the contract was awarded to: Priority Geotechnical Limited, Unit 12 Owenacurra Business Park, Midleton, Co. Cork on the 28 June 2017.
