Various New build and refurbishment projects for local authorities, education authorities, further educationauthorities, police and fire authorities, health authorities and other public bodies. Four value bands covering various geographical lots across the England and Wales. It is proposed that Tenders will be able to apply for up to two value bands. The value bands are: Value Band 1: Project values up to £2,000,000 GBP Is split into either New Build or Refurbishment projects The following value bands are for New Build and Refurbishment works Value Band 2: Project values £2,000,000 and £4,000,000 GBP New build and refurbishment Value Band 3: Projects values Between £4,000,000 to £10,000,000 GBP New build and refurbishment Value Band 4: Project values over £10,000,000 A maximum of 4 Company's will be awarded to each lot.
