Tender description
HEFCE has Business Continuity Plans which have been tested in the past, but with a move to new premises and increase in number of new staff we have found the need to revise them and to test them. To work with the Business Continuity Management team to develop several scenarios (at least three, preferably four) with supporting plans and documentation for testing. The successful bidder is to develop a crisis management training program for delivery in the Autumn of each year of the contract (2016, 2017, 2018)
