Tender description
Planned Preventative Maintenance for Electrical and Mechanical Equipment situated within university buildings across all campus. The University wishes to appoint a contractor to carry out maintenance of its mechanical and electrical installations across its estate. It is expected that the initial contract will be for a period of 3 years with the ability to extend for a further 2 years at the University's discretion.
