Tender description

Welsh Government has developed four Operations under the heading Communities for Work (CfW), part funded by the European Social Fund (‘ESF’), aimed at tackling poverty in communities through sustainable employment. In order to address the challenges faced by the Operations, the Client is inviting proposals from potential Bidders that will deliver innovative projects to engage participants onto the CfW Operations; to develop CfW participants' skill bases; and to identify opportunities to further support the participants' progression into work. Bids are encouraged to target and support participants with one or more protected characteristics. The Client is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement that will provide access to a range of innovative routes to employment. In order to address the challenges faced by the Communities for Work Operations, the Client is inviting proposals from potential Bidders that will specifically deliver innovative projects to engage participants from East Wales who are 25 plus years old, Economic Inactive and Long Term Unemployed onto the CfW Operations; developing their skill bases; and to identify opportunities to further support the participants' progression into work. Bids are encouraged to target and support participants with one or more protected characteristics. In order to address the challenges faced by the Communities for Work Operations, the Client is inviting proposals from potential Bidders that will specifically deliver innovative projects to engage participants from East Wales who are 16-24 year olds who are Not in Education Employment or Training (NEET) onto the CfW Operations; developing their skill bases; and to identify opportunities to further support the participants' progression into work. Bids are encouraged to target and support participants with one or more protected characteristics. In order to address the challenges faced by the Communities for Work Operations, the Client is inviting proposals from potential Bidders that will specifically deliver innovative projects to engage participants from West, North Wales and the Valleys who are 25 plus years old, Economic Inactive and Long Term Unemployed onto the CfW Operations; developing their skill bases; and to identify opportunities to further support the participants' progression into work. Bids are encouraged to target and support participants with one or more protected characteristics. In order to address the challenges faced by the Communities for Work Operations, the Client is inviting proposals from potential Bidders that will specifically deliver innovative projects to engage participants from Wet, North Wales and the Valleys who are 16-24 year olds who are Not in Education Employment or Training (NEET) onto the CfW Operations; developing their skill bases; and to identify opportunities to further support the participants' progression into work. Bids are encouraged to target and support participants with one or more protected characteristics.
