UCD Staff Training services - For the purposes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV), the subject-matter of this panel is defined as ‘’Staff Training Services" (CPV Code 80511000-9), which falls within Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24/EU. As a competition for services falling within Annex XIV, this competition is not fully subject to the detailed provisions of the European public procurement regime; notwithstanding this fact, the Contracting Authority will uphold the highest standards of transparency and objectivity in establishing and operating this contract. The contract was awarded to Roffey Park Institute Ltd.
