Tender description
Community Partnerships is looking for community based projects which take innovative or radical approaches to supporting young adults aged 16-25 to improve their health and wellbeing with a particular focus on developing good mental health. We are looking for peer support projects which help young adults to develop their skills in self-care, enabling them to be independent, self-sufficient and resourceful so that they are able to confidently manage their needs and maximise their potential. Proposals will need to recognise the distinct needs young adults have and place housing related support within the wider context of their lives including their mental and physical health, relationships, education and employment.
