The scope of the service covers the current social care system provision of software and services for social care. — A case management system for both Adult and Children's Social Care. — An integrated finance module to allow for payments to provider and billing activity. — A provider/health partner and customer portal allowing 3rd parties the ability to access the case management system and self-serve where appropriate. — An information and advice website which integrates with the portal and case management system. — A customisable reporting tool allowing presentation of both graphical and list based reports. — A reporting tool which can report across multiple different systems to bring different data set's together. — A fully hosted and managed infrastructure model. The system should enable mobile working and come with a host of mobile app's which can be tailored. The system components should promote robust integration (interoperability) at an API (Application Programming Interface) level.
