The IT Future Managed Services Project. IT Futures Project. will review the strategic way forward for the Housing Executive managed ICT services in the context of ongoing Housing Executive business change programme, Social Housing Reform Programme. SHRP., Welfare Reform implementation programme and other key business drivers. The project will procure new managed ICT service contractual arrangements to achieve a smooth transition of ICT assets and managed services to new contract(s) by the end of September 2018 in line with the existing strategic ICT partnership contract exit plan timetable. The IT Futures project will also consider potential options to address some of the Housing Executive managed ICT service requirements through Government Frameworks/Shared Services where appropriate. The Housing Executive requires ICT consultancy for expert advisory services and support to the IT Futures project. the Assignment. as detailed in the Specification of Requirements.
