Tender description

HEE wishes to commission a feasibility study of the impact of the Medical Associate Programme. The MAP programme was established in February 2016 and is anticipated to run for up to 3 years. The initial impact of the progamme will be considered in the following terms: o Changes or otherwise in perceptions and workforce development and training plans of employers and potential employers (i.e. NHS Trusts) of the Medical Associate staff groups; o Changes or otherwise of public perceptions of Medical Associate staff groups as identified by patient representative groups; o Whether there is evidence that the introduction of Medical Associate staff groups to clinical service has had impact (positive or negative) on the training of other health professionals and the contribution to multi professional learning and team building; Tenders must be submitted by 16:00 on 10 February 2017 via the In-Tend portal:- https://in-tendhost.co.uk/leicspart/aspx/Home
