Tender description
An IST is to be appointed on the basis of a 2 stage design and build with Early Contractor Involvement. An Integrated Consultant Team has been appointed to design the works up to RIBA Stage 4. This design may be transferred to the successful tenderer (Integrated Supply Team (IST)), who will complete the technical design. It is intended that the NEC ECC Option A Form of Contract should be adopted for use with BCC's Z Clauses and the NEC3 ECC ECI supplementary clauses.
