BPSQ024R - Provision of a Locksmith Service for the Birmingham Property Services Managed Property Portfolio - AWARD

Tender description

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of locksmith services. Birmingham Property Services (BPS) provide a professional property service to a wide range of customers including business tenants, landowners and developers. A skilled and experienced locksmith(s) is required to undertake work on properties managed by Birmingham Property Services which are within and on the outskirts of the Birmingham city boundary. Typical requirements will be legal forced entry, lock changes, lock repair and emergency call out work. The locksmith will be required to work on commercial, industrial and residential properties and be proficient with locks in timber, aluminium, UPVC and roller shutter doors. The locksmith will also be required to work on electrically powered locks, security alarms and roller shutters when the need arises. BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
