Then follow the instructions on the website. NRK intends to enter into a framework agreement for a property consultant for NRK. NRK reserves the right to enter into separate contracts for the work with the new main office. The consultant shall, together with NRK, develop NRK's properties so that NRK has greater flexibility and business freedom than today. Reviews and measures will vary from property to property and can, for example, include value assessments, feasibility and development studies, contact with authorities etc. In cases where NRK chooses to sell property, the contract also includes, for example, condition assessments/technical due dill, assistance in negotiations, calculations etc. Even if the contract includes general consultancy services for all of NRK's property conditions, most of the assignment will be connected to approx. 10 owned district offices over the whole of Norway.
