Tender description

The Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) on behalf of Greenwich CCG (“The CCG”). Nationally, there has been an increasing need to help build the right support for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Thus, the CCG requires a provider to help assist on the South East London Transforming (LD/Autism) Partnership. The core responsibility of the provider will be to set up and run the Transforming Care Forum and accumulate relevant information such as views on inpatient units and mainstream health and care services, full detail can be found in the specification. The contract will be awarded to one provider. Therefore, it is obligatory that the provider has the capacity and capability to deliver the full range of services required in the service specification.
