Falkirk Council has conducted a strategic review of its property assets and wishes to assess its options for the delivery of a civic headquarters and arts centre facility. The Council wishes to ensure that the scheme is well-suited to its operational requirements and maximises benefits for Falkirk town centre and the wider area from an economic perspective. As a consequence it wishes to identify a suitable site (or sites) and consider the most appropriate method for provision of this development, working with development partners if required. Responses to the attached Brief are requested by 31.8.2017 via the electronic postbox on Public Contracts Scotland and will be considered by the Council at a future meeting.
