Update and integration of housing software system and associated maintenance and support. This is a business critical system and is required for compliance and compatibility with existing software infrastructure. This requires the upgrade of existing modules and the addition of some new functionality. The award of a contract without prior publication of a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union as the goods and services can only be provided by particular supplier for reasons that are technical. Internal systems require updating and brought in line to meet compliance and business needs.
