FutureLearn are seeking to purchase a new multi-channel marketing tool/platform which allows to send sophisticated, automated, personalised and highly targeted communications to their learners. It is anticipated that the primary communication channel will be email however FutureLearn may in future include social, on-site and push notifications. Examples of the main types of communication which is likely to be sent through the tool/platform are: Transactional notifications, Dynamic newsletters, Automated communications.
