Tender description

This invitation to tender is to provide the following services, split into two Lots. Bidders are free to submit against Lot 1, Lot 2 or both. Lot 1 - Supply and Maintenance of a Data Integration Platform: - To install, maintain, and develop a data integration platform to amalgamate data from a variety of sources; to include, but not limited to: - Data from in-house sensors installed as part of the tender UOE/2017/047/PF - Questionnaire and 'guided conversation data' - Open data and publicly available data sets - Additional data as directed by the research objectives - To homogenise and anonymise the data for sharing with lot 2 the data sharing platform. Lot 2 - Supply and Maintenance of a Data Sharing Platform: - To provide a platform to share homogenised, anonymised data with companies, researchers and other organisations - Website or data portal for data users to register and access data
