We are seeking suitably qualified consultants to prepare a Mass Transit Strategic Outline Business Case. The work should build on the evidence bases prepared for the SCR Strategic Economic Plan, Infrastructure Investment Plan and Transport Strategy and the HS2 Growth Strategy as well as generating and compiling new evidence base as required for this commission.
