Tender description

This contract will appoint a Contractor to design and build a network of underground pre-insulated pipework along with associated infrastructure and equipment (the Spine) that will enable the delivery of heat generated at the Council's Recycling and Energy Recovery facility (RERF) through to the centre of Leeds and along its route, with a branch to the Lincoln Green area of Leeds and also a Contractor to take on responsibility for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the operational parts of the Spine District Heating Network.
