Tender description

It is the University's invites contactors to tender for planned preventative maintenance and repair work associated with the campus building electrical installations and emergency lighting systems. Effective planned maintenance is required to ensure that the University remains compliant with statutory legislation and systems remain efficient and operational with minimal breakdowns and subsequent disruption to business continuity. Reactive maintenance is required so that when breakdowns do occur they can be attended to and rectified as effectively as possible.
