Tender description
Fáilte Ireland is seeking the services of a MICE specialist and a strategist to help formulate the roadmap to guide its Sales/marketing and development plans over the next 10 years. The document should clearly outline Ireland’s potential by segment, make recommendations on best prospect markets and outline the critical success factors. It should also identify the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors so that we can better understand how to win a greater market share. The deadline for the completion of this project is 31st July 2017. As the turnaround time is tight on this project in order to feed into an organisation wide strategy, we are keen to avoid a significant period of time being spent on a discovery phase. Therefore, it is critical that the successful tenderer already has substantial knowledge of both Ireland’s MICE sector and the global MICE sector.
