Tender description

Framework Agreement for the Redbridge Housing Capital Works Programme 2017-21 in the London Borough of Redbridge (‘the Framework’). The Framework shall commence on 1.4.2017 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue up to and including 31.3.2020 (‘the Framework Period’). At the sole discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance, the Framework Period may be extended by up to one (1) year in such period or as the Authority deems appropriate, providing a possible total Framework Period until midnight on 31.3.2021. The Framework is divided into three (3) Lots as follows:- — Area Lot 1 — Redbridge West: (One (1) organisation to be appointed) — Area Lot 2 — Redbridge East: (One (1) organisation to be appointed) — Area Lot 3 — Redbridge West and East Reserve Provider: (One (1) organisation to be appointed). Capital works programme to be undertaken in the west of the London Borough of Redbridge. Capital works programme to be undertaken in the east of the London Borough of Redbridge. A reserve provider to undertake any aspects of the Capital Works Programme as required.
