Tender description

The intention of this framework is to provide an OJEU compliant framework for services and works to new and existing buildings that promote the best use of green technology and services. Services and works to be delivered under this framework may include the supply and install of green technologies such as insulation, IWI, EWI, Solar, PV, CHP and Biomass. A full list of the work streams are identified within the pricing matrix but this list is not exhaustive as services and works will vary greatly. Projects are anticipated to start with an initial consultancy provided by the successful supplier, that may lead to investment works, new build, retrofit and large scale refurbishments. The successful contractor will be allowed to deliver any new and emerging technologies that may be defined as green, energy efficient or contributing to any form of carbon reduction on new build, refurbishment, retrofit and all other types of construction as required by the client.
