London Luton Airport is looking for bidders for a concession for a hotel lobby style bar concept with the unique selling point of an additional open-air deck. The positioning of the offer needs to be an experience bar where passengers can enjoy the friendly, relaxed atmosphere whether travelling alone, as a female or a male or as one of a party. The concession will be for the right to sell the following drinks categories, for consumption on the premises only. Liquor, wine, champagne, bottled beers, lagers, ciders, alcopops soft drinks, cocktails and light snacks. Food would be permitted but the range provided is to deliver a unique proposition in keeping with a hotel lobby style bar concept. The food offer would be polite snack-sized items and may not duplicate the full meal solutions and main menu products that are freely available in adjacent catering Units. An element of table service would be desirable.
