Tender description
The Contract is for the extension to the existing hall and refurbishment and alterations to the external works at Chellaston Junior School. It requires the partial removal of the existing external wall to the hall & removal of the conjoined internal wall. Existing male & female toilets are to be stripped out to form an extended area to the hall. There is also a new extension increasing the area of the hall. One of the existing offices is to be converted to form a new lobby area. The existing “Golden Hours” building is to be safely demolished with the removal of concrete paths and steps to enable the construction of new parking facilities and alterations to form new paving and fenced areas.
