Tender description

This Direct Award Contract — DAC80/17 is being put in place to allow the incumbent supplier BT to complete Alpha and Beta Agile phases within the DVA ICT Programme as follows; — Commercial Transport System, CTS passenger transport licensing including driver/motorcycle instructor registration; undertake Beta phase. — Compliance Enforcement. Enforcement of licensing, road-worthiness and other legal requirements; undertake Beta phase. — Testing, delivering driving test app on mobile device, plus integration with test centre equipment software; undertake Alpha and Beta phases. The DAC is subject to final approval of the business case.
