Tender description

The works involve erection of scaffolding to the St Peters School Flats. The existing roof slates are to be removed and roof recovered with new slates, felt and battens. The works will involve the installation of rigid insulation board between the rafters and quilt over the old ceiling. This will include the replacement of some fascia’s, gutters, and the repair of leaning gables by bracing to the roof structure. Keywords: Roofing, Slating , Flats, Insulation
