Power NI wishes to award a contract for a Postal and Courier services between its properties in Northern Ireland (NI), Domestic Customers in ROI and those of its suppliers of printing services in both NI and England and for the final delivery of electricity bills and other mail to customers addresses. The scope of this contract will include but not be limited to collection and delivery, consolidation of mail, mail consultancy, mail audits, document exchange, data cleansing and address management. Details of which will be further described in the PIM/PQQ. To appoint a contractor to provide postal and courier services between its properties in Northern Ireland (NI), Domestic Customers in ROI and those of its suppliers of printing services in both NI and England and for the final delivery of electricity bills and other mail to customers addresses. The scope of this contract will include but not be limited to collection and delivery, consolidation of mail, mail consultancy, mail audits, document exchange, data cleansing and address management. Applicants will be assessed in accordance with Section 3 of Chapter 3 of Part 2 of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016, as amended, on the basis of information provided in response to a pre-qualification questionnaire (‘PQQ’) in line with those instructions outlined in the Project Information Memorandum (PIM). Copies of the PIM and PPQ are available on request by email to procurement@powerni.co.uk which will issue login details for electronic access. Completed PQQs must be returned to Power NI, electronically at the address in section 1.1) before the deadline specified in section IV.3.4) below.
