Tender description

This procurement is for the Supply of Aluminium Headstocks for the London Underground Piccadilly Line (1973TS) Fleet of trains. A goods and services contract is sought over a 36 month period in accordance with a pre-agreed schedule of delivery with an option for the Contracting Entity to extend for a further 12 months. Applicants expressing an interest will be required to complete and submit a Supplier Selection Questionnaire via the TfL eTendering System. The Contracting Entity shall select candidates to receive invitations to tender in accordance with objective selection criteria as detailed in II.2.5 of this Notice and in the Supplier Selection documents. The contract will be awarded in-line with the Award Criteria. TfL invites suppliers interested in tendering TfL-00909 Piccadilly Line Supply of Aluminium Headstocks to complete the following Supplier Selection Questionnaire documents: — Standard Selection Questionnaire Parts 1 and 2 — Supplier Selection Questionnaire Part 3 Tenderers are reminded to sign all declarations in Parts 1, 2 and 3 of the Supplier Selection Questionnaire documents. The deadline for submission of the Supplier Selection Documents is 27.7.2017 12:00 noon.
