Online assesment tool for care certificate

Please note that this is only a Soft Market Test at this stage and it is not a formal tender exercise. We currently have a contract with a supplier to supply an online assessment and competencies tool for the Care Certificate, within Adult Social Care across Cornwall. This contract is shortly due to expire and we would like to hear from any suppliers who would be interested in expressing an interest. Please note that only suppliers who can provide all of the following should express an interest: - An existing online assessment and competencies tool for the Care Certificate which has been in operation for at least 24 months. - A tool which also combines elearning support to assist with the learning required for the Care Certificate - The supplier would need to actively promote the use of the online assessment tool across Cornwall and deliver workshops to help train staff on how to use the tool. - The Council will be looking in due course to provide a traded service and therefore the online assessment tool would need to be able to provide the facility for the Council to sell user licenses across Cornwall as well as assist the Council with setting up any traded service. - The supplier would need to provide administrative support and reporting. This is currently a soft market test to ascertain whether or not this is a limited market and it will help us to ascertain whether or not to put out a tender. We are not seeking expressions of interest for manual face to face Care Certificate training within this Soft Market Test at this time.
