Tender description
Blackpool Council is considering the appointment of a Research and Evaluation partner to collaborate on the local evaluation of our HeadStart programme. HeadStart is a significant Big Lottery investment programme aiming to increase the resilience of young people aged 10-16 in Blackpool. We are currently developing the specification for this commission and are holding a market sounding exercise for any interested and suitable providers. The primary aim of this exercise is to understand the market and the options available to commissioners in order to deliver the outcomes and effectively plan for any potential forthcoming procurement. Please refer to the attached document for full details about the exercise (which includes a market sounding day on 14th July 2017) and how to register your interest. Please note that this is not a tender exercise and participation (or non-participation) in this event will confer no advantage or disadvantage should commissioners commence the formal procurement process.
