Management of an NEC3 ECC Option C construction project to deliver the improvement scheme known as Alternative Route Phase 4 Public Realm Works in High Wycombe. Buckinghamshire County Council sought to appoint a site team to undertake the Construction Management and Contract Administration of the Highways Improvement Scheme. The works are construction of the High Wycombe Alternative Route Phase 4, including the provision of New Street Lighting, Drainage, Footway Reconstruction and Carriageway Reconstruction and New Parking Bays and extension to Restricted Parking Zone and associated Highways Work, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
