Heating-plant repair and maintenance work

Tender description

The Engineering Team at Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust is tendering for a contract (or contracts) for the provision of planned preventative maintenance of the CHP ancillary equipment. These works include: — Planned inspections and routine maintenance of the LTHW circuit and components, including: plate heat exchangers; tube heat exchangers; pressurisation units and pipework connections. — A dilapidation report — to assess the condition of all equipment — to be undertaken within first three months of contract commencement. This dilapidation report may identify a requirement for backlog maintenance and/or remedial works which, depending on their extent, the Trust may commission either as a variation to these works or through a separately tendered contract.
