Please note: This Prior Information Notice (PIN) aims to give supplier organisations advanced warning of a future procurement and invites those interested supplier organisations to participate in early market engagement with the Contracting Authority. This PIN is not a call for competition, nor is it intended to be used to reduce the procurement timescales. It is presently envisaged that a formal Contract Notice will be published on the OJEU to formally announce the call for competition in Autumn 2017. The Contracting Authority is seeking to engage with interested supplier organisations in order to identify possible options for the procurement of a Census Field Force People Services Partner, who may provide services including the recruitment, payroll, human resources (HR) management, and training that are associated with the delivery and support of the field force that will help deliver the 2019 Rehearsal and 2021 Census for all households and communal establishments in England and Wales. Any supplier organisation that may be interested in participating in the early market engagement must email the Contracting Authority at census2021.transformation.programme@ons.gov.uk.
