South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) requires the following related services to be arranged and undertaken by a contractor/s on behalf of the Trust and that should comply with law:- •Adult deaths in hospital or on Trust premises •Babies - Non-viable fetus (20 - 24 weeks gestation), stillborn and neonatal deaths •Sensitive Disposal of Pregnancy Tissue and Fetal Remains - Live Born and Neonatal (Conception up to 19 weeks 6 days gestation including ectopic pregnancy)
