Establishment of a Single Party Framework for the provision of a comprehensive Resourcing Review and related Consultancy Services for the PSI

Tender description

The Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland wishes to establish of a Single Party Framework for the provision of a comprehensive Resourcing Review (incorporating the development of a workforce plan) and related Consultancy Services. The initial contract awarded under the framework will be for a comprehensive resourcing review to be delivered to the PSI Council in September 2017. The key elements of the comprehensive resourcing review are as follows: a) An analysis of PSI’s core functions and related expenditure and its core cost areas required to deliver on statutory functions b) A critical analysis of the required human resources to discharge those statutory functions at a) above to the requisite standard. c) A critical assessment of the required non-pay resources to discharge those statutory functions at a) above to the requisite standard. d) An analysis of current funding sources and recommendations for future funding requirements, including potential new sources of funding. The proposed starting date for the project is early May 2017, with envisaged completion by the end of September 2017.
