Orbit is looking to procure Defects Liability Management service from a high quality provider that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Orbit. Tenderers are requested to study this specification document in detail and ensure that the specified requirements can be met that are stated within the document and thus your understanding of our requirements is reflected in your Pricing schedule. Orbit reserves the right not to award any agreement or to award any individual services pursuant to an agreement. Applicants should therefore note provision of a submission to Orbit does not guarantee any level /amount of work. Orbit will not, in any circumstances, reimburse any expense incurred by the applicants in preparing their tender submission. We are seeking to procure a service from a high quality and reputable supplier that will manage our defects within our new build properties (currently around 600 units but with a possibility of increasing to up to 2000) and will correctly diagnose defects works, whilst liaising directly with both our customers and development contractors to ensure jobs are completed in line with our agreed SLA's to ultimately significantly improve customer satisfaction in this area. Providers will need to register on the website (free) then search for the tender in ‘opportunities’ under Orbit Housing and register interest to view documents and submit a response.
