Tender description

The purpose of the requirement will be to identify the best value infrastructure investment strategy, weighing the costs of separation and different treatment/disposal pathways against the economic, environmental and social benefits. The analysis will proceed in two stages. The first stage will assess the costs and benefits of increasing separation within the waste infrastructure system. The second stage will assess the costs and benefits of directing the seaparted waste streams down different treatment/disposal pathways. The horizon for analysis will be 2020 to 2050.
