Tender description

The City Council is wishing to appoint one Framework Partner to undertake kitchen electrical installation works, including all preliminaries, project management, programming and electrical installations, as part of a refurbishment scheme of Council owned properties in Newcastle upon Tyne. The properties will be occupied during the refurbishment works and a safe and healthy environment is to be maintained at all times. There are likely to be approximately 159 properties in the scheme. The Contract period is for 7 months, the proposed programme commencement date is Monday 14th August 2017 and the programme completion date is Friday 30th March 2018.
