Tender description
A 5 year contract for the provision of Independent Travel Training Services to Special Educational Needs Students age 11+. This contract will be funded through a Social Impact Bond and payment will be made to the Provider only upon results. Successful payment is determined when the parents, school and Council agree the pupil is travelling independently and a taxi is no longer required. This is a Light Touch Regime contract and it will be awarded without further publication and Providers are invited to express their interest in being awarded this contract in writing to the Council at the address detailed in paragraph I.1) by the 3.4.2017.
