Tender description

To find a contractor to operate an established successful concession business at M Shed and BMAG that delivers food and beverage through two cafes and events management. The cafés are an integral part of the museum visit and we want visitors to have an enjoyable, value for money experience. Events and private functions have become a critical area of business despite being well established, offer growth potential. We are a museum service first and the Contractor will need to work with Bristol Culture staff to understand and work within the conditions required for care of museum objects and the fabric of historic buildings
