Liverpool City Council (LCC) is looking to appoint Service Providers to manage all or a large proportion of communication support requirements. The Service Providers will provide an ‘Interpretation, Translation and Transcription Service’ offering advisory and administration support. This framework agreement will also be made available and will be open for the use for Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council, Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council, St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council, Halton Borough Council, Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and all Liverpool Schools; a full list of which can be found here: http://www.education.gov.uk/edubase/home.xhtml Liverpool City Council (LCC) is looking to appoint a Service Provider to manage all or a large proportion of communication support requirements. The Service Provider will provide an ‘Interpretation, Translation and Transcription Service’ offering advisory and administration support, and will be required to deliver the following Services: — Face to Face Interpretation Services (Verbal). — Video Interpretation Services (Verbal). — Telephone Interpretation Services. — Translation and Transcription Services.
