Tender description

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) is the regional strategic social housing authority for Northern Ireland and invites tenders for the supply and delivery of Hand Tools, painting products Drill Bits and Cutting Discs. It is anticipated that this Contract will have a duration of 12 months with an option to extend for any period up to and including 12 months, or part thereof. Throughout the Contract period the Housing Executive will monitor and review the Contractor's performance under the Contract using 3 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Housing Executive will manage poor contract performance in accordance with Procurement Guidance Note 01/12, including any amendments and updates issued by the Central Procurement Directorate of Northern Ireland.
