Estates Minor New Works Framework

Tender description

The purpose of this procurement exercise is to establish a framework agreement consisting of a panel of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake minor construction, electrical and mechanical works. It is intended that the Estates Minor Works Construction Framework will involve undertaking works at all of the Trust's sites and premises. The framework is to be divided into the following lots. Lot 1- Building Construction Works Lot 2 - Electrical Installation Works Lot 3 - Mechanical Installations The bidder may submit a bid for one, some or all of the lots. The framework contract duration is four years
