Tender description

The University of Derby is contributing to the delivery of an ERDF project in the East Midlands region, specifically Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire (D2N2) area. The project is intended to support SMEs with innovation, allowing access to consultancy and equipment to enable them to try out new technologies potentially leading to new products and ultimately supporting regional growth. The purpose of this tender is to contribute to the Scanning Electron Microscope capabilities that can be offered to SMEs accessing the Enabling Innovation project through the University of Derby. The intention is to broaden the existing functionality available within the University and offer a more flexible capability which is accessible to SME's.
