Tender description

This procurement is to put in place a Demolition Framework to provide demolition works for Leeds City Council. The Council is looking to appoint 4 contractors to this framework agreement, and these contractors will work as subcontractors to the Council's internal service provider (ISP), Leeds Building Services (LBS). This framework may be used for the demolishing of all types of buildings including residential, public and commercial buildings. Please note the deadline for submission is the 8.8.2017, and the deadline for tender clarifications is the 28.7.2017. The Council is looking to appoint up to 4 contractors to this framework agreement. The pricing evaluation will be based on a sample scheme, and the Council reserves the right to use the prices submitted for this if the works are initiated in the first 6 months of the framework agreement. It is anticipated that the works will be approximately 2 000 000 GBP per annum.
