Trafford Council have undertaken a tender for inclusion on a framework to cover all aspects of Major adaptations. (Any permanent work to a home costing from 0 GBP and up to 7 500 and from 7 501 up to 50 000 GBP which is carried out to help people with disabilities in order to help them to stay independent. The Framework is split into 2 lots. Lot 1 Major Adaptations 0 GBP — 7 500 GBP; Lot 2 Major Adaptations 7 500 GBP — 50 000 GBP or above. Major Adaptations to domestic Property of all tenures for the benefit of disabled people. Shower Installations. Alterations work to provide access into and around the home Provision of ground floor toilet and special toilets. Bedroom and bathroom alterations. Ramps Extensions. The contractors can supply all services associated with general building works as above also the capacity to deliver Design and Build, Build Only, Seek Planning Approval, Carry out duties under Party wall notice procedures.
