Runnymede Borough Council and its subsidiary companies RBC Investments Surrey Ltd and RBC Services (Addlestone One) Ltd the ‘Authority’ is progressing with an ambitious commercial portfolio acquisition and development programme. The Authority is to procure a new supply chain arrangement to deliver Hard and Soft FM services and CAFM system. This PIN notice is published to establish expressions of interest. Interested parties are invited to confirm their interest in the opportunity and a short explanation of whether they have a preference to bid for one specific lot or combined by emailing the contact set out under I.1) in the Prior Information Notice. Please ensure you provide your feedback no later than 7.7.2017. A final decision will be made on the approach to the Lot(s) following this market testing exercise. A single supplier for Lot 1 Hard FM and CAFM system. A single supplier for Soft FM services. Suppliers who apply for all lots can only tender for Lot 3.
