Tender description

We have a small Environment team that manages our tree stock. We do not retain any in house tree operatives, or professionally qualified arboriculturists. We require a contractor to provide; a) Tree maintenance works in a flexible and responsive way on a call off basis. b) Training sessions for staff when needed. c) Basic visual surveys of a tree's health or its location within its present environment and relevant advice that comes with this as requested by the organisation. d) Support with tree planting schemes as and when required to the standards set out by the organisation. e) Preparations of all work associated with working on trees with TPO's f) Emergency call out service on trees owned by Southway Housing Trust. The initial contract period will be 2 years, with an option for this to be extended by up to a further year dependant upon a satisfactory review by Southway.
